We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them."Your role:Supervision of staff while preparing corporate groups, consisting of a variety of audit, review, and compilations.Preparation of compilation, review and audit engagements of increased complexity.Preparation of corporate, personal and trust income tax returnsPreparation of tax slips (T3, T4, T5, etc.)Identifying and resolving engagement issues.Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships.Direct field work, inform Manager(s) of the engagement status.Solid technical audit,



accounting and tax skillsDemonstrates initiative in understanding process flows and controls.Assists with training and onboarding of new staff accountants and CPA/Co-op students.Mentors junior staff and provides feedback for improvementDeveloping and maintaining positive and productive working relationshipsStrong commitment to professional client service excellence.Collaborating to ensure we provide an integrated financial and business solution that meets our clients' needsWhat you bring to the table:University degree in commerce or accounting3 to 5 years' experience at public accounting firm3 years of audit and assurance experience, preferably ASPE, NPO audit experience is an assetCPA designatedStrong knowledge of CaseWare, Caseview, Taxprep, QuickBooks Online, Simply AccountingStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong critical thinking skills, and ability to take ownership and problem solveAbility to consistently meet deadlines,
