About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide aftercare and general support to clients post completion of commercial tenant improvement projects. You will work closely with customers, ensuring all aspects of projects have been completed to a high level of quality, and that any outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections and determine servicing needs for a variety of commercial tenant improvement projectsRespond to customer inquiries through email and phoneMeet with customers in person and determine servicing neededCoordinate with project teams and subcontractors, lead on site workMaintain accurate project and customer informationBuild solid relationships with customers,
