both on and off-campus.Develop and implement outreach programs and workshops to promote student well-being and prevent mental health issues.Conduct assessments to identify student needs and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling interventions.Creating annual reportsOvershadowing and supervising junior psychologistsPlanning the annual calendarOvershadowing and planning workshops and eventsConducting workshops for students, faculty, and staffRequirementsMaster's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.BA/BSc in PsychologyPsychologist with 3-5 years' experience in academic institutions needed for a part-time role.Experience in providing counseling services to students in a higher education setting (preferred).Strong knowledge of student development theory and counseling techniques.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
