Wilson’s Lifestyle Centre is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who enjoys leading people, creating inspiring displays, and keeping a busy retail centre running smoothly. This role calls for someone who can move confidently between the sales floor, stock management, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do

- Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.

- Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory, and manage purchase orders and procurement.

- Partner with the team on merchandising and creative product displays.

- Build strong product knowledge and help customers find the right solutions.

- Respond to customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

- Support marketing initiatives and uphold our quality, service, and safety standards.

What you bring

- At least three years of retail management and visual merchandising experience, ideally in a large retail setting.

- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and follow-through.





- Experience with inventory, purchasing, and a variety of product lines.

- Confidence using sales reports, Microsoft Office, and retail computer systems.

- A creative eye for displays and a willingness to pitch in with physical, hands-on work.

- The ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
