Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager & Senior Esthetician to oversee our spa operations and deliver luxury spa services. This dual-role position is perfect for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about leadership, wellness, and client care.

Responsibilities:

Spa Management & Treatment Execution:

- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Supervise, grow the schedule, and support spa staff (esthetician team, massage therapists, etc.)
- Maintain product inventory and ordering systems
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are followed at all times
- Manage spa booking systems and customer feedback
- Support spa marketing efforts and seasonal service promotions

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operations & Leadership

- Oversee all spa operations including treatments, bookings, retail, and guest experiences
- Hire, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team of estheticians, therapists, and support staff
- Implement and maintain service protocols and performance standards
- Develop treatment menus and wellness programs in line with market trends and resort vision




- Manage vendor relationships and oversee product inventory and ordering
- Track KPIs and prepare performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction reports for executive review

Guest Experience & Brand Alignment

- Ensure seamless luxury experiences for spa guests from arrival to departure
- Handle elevated client care, VIP requests, and complaint resolution with professionalism
- Maintain ambiance, presentation, and atmosphere in all spa spaces to reflect resort branding
- Work closely with marketing to promote spa offers, events, and seasonal treatments

Senior Esthetician Services:

- Perform advanced esthetic services including facials, body treatments, and waxing
- Conduct personalized skin consultations and product recommendations
- Maintain treatment excellence in alignment with our luxury standards
- Provide mentorship to junior spa staff

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Esthetician License (REQUIRED)
- 5+ years experience as a practicing esthetician
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory or managerial spa role
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Experience with spa booking systems (e.g., Zenoti, Meevo, Mindbody)
- Exceptional professionalism and personal presentation
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
