As an Associate Director, Paid Social Activation, you will lead paid social strategy and performance across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest, ensuring activation aligns with business objectives and drives measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

- Lead development of full-funnel paid social strategies aligned to client business objectives
- Translate strategic direction into actionable activation plans across platforms
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms, audiences, and investment strategies
- Lead client conversations, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor on paid social and activation strategy
- Manage and develop Supervisors, Managers, and Associates
- Oversee campaign execution quality and ensure alignment with strategy
- Manage account financials including budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Support recent business opportunities and contribute to account growth
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and innovation across teams

About You

- 6–8+ years experience in paid social or digital media




- Strong strategic thinking and client leadership experience
- Experience managing teams and multiple accounts
- Deep understanding of digital media ecosystem and measurement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, and business priorities
