In this role, you will: As a Trade Floor Technology Consultant, you will provide responsive technical consulting and support for solving computer and related technology issues on Scotiabank’s trade floor. As part of the Global Banking & Markets, Trade Floor Support & Automationteam, you will: Analyze issues and then resolve, escape, or redirect such issues to the appropriate channels. Implement leading-edge trading technologies used on the trade floor such as Bloomberg to constantly improve trade floor capabilities. Be responsible for handling and configuring a wide variety of mobile devices, such as laptops, iPhones, and tablets. Work on a variety of projects including recent technology initiatives, data analysis, and analytics. May also take on programming tasks such as development of in-house web‑based tools for optimization of trade floor processes. What’s in it for you?
