You will be responsible for streamlining our budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. Duties would include but not be limited to:Support financial updates by evaluating, analyzing,



and reporting appropriate data pointsManage the consolidation and organization of all company financial data required for accurate reporting of operational resultsComplete ledger account reconciliationsEstablish and maintain capital processes inside new ERPSupport the annual budget and long-term planning exercisesMaintain short-term financial forecast updatesPlay a supporting role in future venture capital / funding rounds including preparation of due diligence materials, financial projections and revenue analysis.Explore opportunities for continuous improvement with accounting systems, processes, and internal controlsQualificationsCPA plus 5+ years experience as a senior-level accountant/analystExperience working within custom /niche manufacturing industries is preferredERP implementation experience is a solid assetExperience within costing and inventory reporting requiredAdvanced hands-on knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and ERP's
