Do you have experience with excavation work, reading construction drawings, working with equipment, and guiding customers toward safe and effective shoring solutions? We are looking for a Trench Safety Installation Advisor to support trench safety projects throughout the Calgary region. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will work directly with contractors and site supervisors to ensure trench shoring systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with project requirements. This position is ideal for someone who has worked on large construction sites, understands excavation and trenching activities, and enjoys solving problems in the field while building strong relationships with customers.Job DescriptionCoordinate and oversee the installation of trench shoring systems on customer job sitesReview project drawings and site plans to ensure equipment is installed correctlyAdvise customers on safe and effective trench shoring installation methodsConduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify potential challengesDeliver trench safety and product training to customers and project teamsCoordinate engineering support, equipment preparation, delivery schedules, and project logisticsEnsure all rental equipment is inspected and ready for use before deploymentProvide quotes and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in personBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and site supervisorsSupport customer retention efforts through proactive follow-up and ongoing serviceWhat We're Looking ForExperience working on commercial, industrial, civil, or heavy construction projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, site drawings,
