By joining CAE, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment critical to operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment.Carry out retrofitting and equipment installations.Calibrate and adjust machinery and systems.Identify defective components and perform repairs.Manufacture complex parts when required.Select appropriate materials and work methods.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Minimum QualificationsDiploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent.Knowledge of advanced techniques (laser alignment, vibration analysis).Knowledge of industrial equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes,



machinery).Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.Preferred QualificationsAbility to diagnose complex mechanical issues.Experience working in industrial environments.Ability to follow procedures and standards.Experience with machining or CNC equipment.Additional InformationThe position follows a full‐time schedule of 5 days per week. During the initial training period (approximately 3–4 months), employees will work a combination of shifts, including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period, the regular schedule will transition to a full‐time evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Union position: selection based on seniority and qualification.
