This role requires a dedicated qualified with 5-10 years of hands-on experience who can manage all steps from from start to finish of your concrete job.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare construction sites including base installation for sidewalks, curbs, and slabs or any other concrete jobBuild, install, and secure wooden or metal forms, applying form release agents to facilitate strippingPlace reinforcement like rebar or wire mesh with proper supports as per project requirementsPour concrete efficiently, maintaining continuous flow to avoid cold jointsUse screeds, floats, trowels, and edging tools to finish concrete surfaces to specificationCut control joints to minimize cracking and ensure structural integrityApply curing compounds or maintain moisture to promote proper curingSafely remove forms once concrete reaches sufficient strengthClean up job sites post-completion,
