Your day-to-day will include:Leading by example to promote a culture of safety, GMP compliance, quality, and continuous improvementSupervising maintenance teams responsible for the upkeep and repair of production equipment and machinerySpending approximately 75% of your time on the production floor supporting employees and operationsDeveloping, implementing, and improving preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programsCoordinating maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiencyPartnering with Maintenance Planning and Production teams to build proactive weekly maintenance schedulesAssigning work priorities based on production schedules, maintenance requirements,



and equipment needsEnsuring maintenance activities comply with all applicable safety and regulatory requirementsMonitoring maintenance work order systems and driving improvements to maintenance processes and proceduresMaintaining maintenance history and equipment performance data to support decision-making and long-term planningTracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, service, efficiency, and maintenance performanceConducting floor audits, verifying adherence to standard work, and addressing process gaps as neededLeading root cause investigations and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring equipment issuesIdentifying opportunities to improve equipment utilization, maintenance effectiveness, and operating costsDeveloping and coaching employees while fostering engagement, accountability, and high performanceUtilizing technology and reporting tools to monitor performance and communicate resultsWhat You'll Need...Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and people management skillsThree (3) or more years of maintenance and reliability experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, including experience with automation, robotics, and controlsAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawingsExperience developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills,
