Leverage your diverse experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.What You Will DoInvolvement in client, team and project coordination, including documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultantsSupport communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdictionProduce design and technical drawingsProvide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesMaintain project manual and specificationsConduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during constructionYour QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect8 + years of experience in a commercial design firmExperience in commercial office buildings, building transformations, mixed-use, and/or high rise residential preferredExperience with Revit required, plus experience with Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.LEED, WELL, Passive House or related accreditation preferred**The base salary range will be estimated between $82,500 to $95,000.
