Your expertise in shipping, receiving, material handling, and forklift operation will be essential to supporting uninterrupted production and accurate, on-time deliveries.Why You'll Love Working Here:Employee Well-being: Focus on employee health and well-being with various wellness programs and initiatives.Sustainability Commitment: Work for a company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.Inclusive Workplace: An inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.Technological Leadership: Be part of a company that is a leader in its field, driving technological advancements.What You'll Be Doing:Review shipping reports, shipment lists, and instructions to prepare outgoing ordersShip, receive, move, and store materials from suppliers, customers, outside processors, service providers, and internal departmentsPrepare load sheets and safely load trucks for outgoing shipmentsPrepare shipping documents, sign out loads, distribute paperwork, and generate Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs)Confirm successful ASN transmission within the required timeframeReceive and inspect incoming goods for visible damage, quantity discrepancies, and general conditionPrepare receiving discrepancy reports when required and forward documentation for processingWeigh, label, package, and prepare outgoing products according to process sheets and packaging instructionsComplete traceability tags for packaged products and materials returned to the Quality departmentSafely transport properly identified materials between processes and storage locationsCommunicate with operators and monitor material requirements to maintain a continuous supply for secondary operationsPerform secondary operations, including tumbling, oil impregnation, steam treatment,
