This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can effectively manage and support the team while maintaining production standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day aircraft paint operations and maintain workflow according to production schedulesLead and oversee painters and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackSupport complete aircraft strip and paint projectsEnsure compliance with applicable safety requirements and aircraft painting best practicesFollow and implement established Standard Operating Procedures for aircraft painting processesCoordinate with other departments to support project deadlines and customer requirementsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate paint and supply requirementsConduct quality inspections of completed paint workTroubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the painting processMaintain high standards for paint quality, appearance,
