Fix Auto Bow Valley is a high-production collision center that handles a steady volume of insurance claim repairs. We maintain a strong reputation for flawless finishes and exact color matching. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Auto Refinish Painter to manage our booth and deliver factory-quality paint finishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Surface Prep & Masking: Ensure all repaired vehicles are completely cleaned, decontaminated, primed, sanded, and masked properly before entering the booth.
- Color Matching & Blending: Mix, match, and blend paint colors accurately to achieve flawless undetectable repairs, meeting insurance and factory standards.
- Paint Application: Operate spray booth equipment safely to apply high-quality primers, base coats, and explicit coats.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished jobs for dust or defects, and perform color sanding, polishing, and de-nibbing as required.
- Booth Maintenance: Maintain a clean, dust-free spray booth environment, clean spray guns,



and manage paint inventory efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of professional automotive painting experience in a high-volume, insurance-driven shop.
- Precision Skills: Exceptional expertise in color matching, blending techniques, and clear coat application.
- Safety Minded: Strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, fresh-air respirators, and hazardous material disposal.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
