Strathmore Ford, part of the Kaizen Automotive Group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s vehicle sales team. You will drive sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting showroom operations and staff development.

You will oversee inventory, pricing, merchandising, and CRM best practices, coaching staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a rapid-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role at Strathmore Ford.
