We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive Service Advisor that can provide over the top customer service. Who wants to work with a team that is as experienced, driven and knowledgeable as you are. You will work with a team that is committed to your success.

Position Overview

· Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs

· Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance





· Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on their vehicles

· Communicate effectively with the service team and technicians

· Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Previous Experience

· Prior experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred

· Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues

· Proven sales and customer service experience

· Handling financial transactions with accuracy

· Experience working closely with technicians

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
