We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician specializing in wheel alignment to join our agile service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, diagnosing suspension and steering issues, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles operate smoothly and safely.

Duties

- Perform accurate wheel alignments using specialized alignment equipment, ensuring proper camber, caster, and toe settings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose suspension, steering, and alignment issues through visual inspections, schematics, and mechanical testing.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or replace suspension components, control arms, struts, and other related parts.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and assembly instructions to execute repairs efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles including tire rotations, balancing, and brake inspections as needed.




- Lift heavy components safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment to facilitate repairs or replacements.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations while providing excellent customer service.

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience working as an automotive technician or alignment specialist is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle suspension systems, steering mechanisms, and wheel alignment procedures.
- Proficiency with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used in automotive repair.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly of mechanical parts, and the use of various hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining a focus on safety standards.
- Experience working with automotive schematics for troubleshooting complex issues is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward vehicle maintenance and repairs.
