What You’ll Be Doing

- Perform diagnostic inspections, maintenance, and mechanical repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical,



drivability, steering/suspension, powertrain, and braking systems using modern diagnostic scan tools.
- Road-test vehicles to verify customer concerns and confirm repair quality.
- Maintain clear documentation on repair orders regarding diagnostics performed, parts required, and steps completed.
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to ensure clear communication and fast turnaround times for customers.

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician license in good standing.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Own a comprehensive set of personal tools suitable for automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Solid diagnostic ability and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
- Prior dealership experience (Ford/Lincoln preferred, but any brand background is welcome).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.

Schedule & Location

- Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift (full-time hours, predictable schedule).
- Location: Trenton, ON (Lange & Fetter Motors).
