Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their Calgary office.This is a full-time, in-office position supporting residential real estate files from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with residential conveyancing and be comfortable managing files independently while providing exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process residential real estate conveyancing documentsManage purchase, sale, refinance, and related real estate files from start to finishCommunicate professionally with clients, lenders, realtors, and other law firmsMonitor deadlines and ensure all file requirements are completed accurately and on timeMaintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client filesAssist with Alberta Land Titles requirements and registrationsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Legal Assistant within an Alberta law firm,
