Qualifications

- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Ability to communicate and present yourself in a courteous, professional manner with guests, team and management.
- Must have a strong work ethic and also display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.
- Ability to left and carry 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to walk, stoop, bend, reach, pull, kneel, carry, lift and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be available evenings and weekends however maximum flexibility to work day or night is a definite asset.
- Must be Smart Serve Trained.

Job Duties
- Set, maintain and clean ballrooms,



meeting rooms and public areas as required and as per event contracts for daily functions.
- Move tables, chairs and set tables with linen, glassware, cutlery and china as per floor plans and event orders for various functions.
- Help with maintaining, cleaning and set up of banquet service equipment as required.
- Setting up coffee breaks, buffets and banquet bars and per specifications provided.
- Will require basic working knowledge of audio visual and sound equipment.
- Maintaining the hotel public areas to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associated and vendors.
- Helping in the maintenance and cleaning of all public areas of the hotel including lobby, public washrooms, guest exercise room, guest laundry, elevators. Includes floors, glass & facilities as required.
- Other duties as assigned to aid in the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the hotel and conference centre.

This position could be held in addition to another Banquet, Housekeeping or Maintenance position within the hotel. PLEASE BE ADVISED THE STONERIDGE INN IS NOT ON A BUS ROUTE. YOU WOULD REQUIRE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK

Pay: $16.20-$18.00 per hour
