Duties

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs to deliver personalized results.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.




- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering attentive service from greeting to completion of the appointment.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and safety protocols to continually improve your craft.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or related grooming services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon or barbershop workplace.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and promote services.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling confidently to enhance client satisfaction.
- Previous experience with front desk operations or appointment management is a plus.
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional growth.
