Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following standard recipes and safety procedures
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing accurately
- Support food service operations by serving snacks or small plates when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems,



balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is a plus
- Experience in bartending or serving roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
