Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles
- Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling best practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a lively setting
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and bill splitting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
