Experienced Bartender/Server – Full-Time

Alfred’s is looking for an experienced bartender/server to join our team for the winter season.

We’re an Italian restaurant in Revelstoke known for thoughtful food, outstanding drinks and warm, genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and is equally comfortable behind the bar and serving on the floor.

Position Details

- Starting in late November
- Full-time position, working four days per week
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Role includes both bartending and serving
- Health benefits available after three months of employment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending, serving and hospitality experience is required
- The ability to prepare drinks consistently and to a high standard
- Wine knowledge is a significant asset
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Professional, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Valid Serving It Right certification





While previous experience is essential, full on-the-job training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with Alfred’s menu, systems and service expectations. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role. The successful candidate will move between bartending and serving while also helping with running food and drinks, clearing tables and supporting the wider Front of House team as needed.
