Ignite Nightclub is Prince George’s premier nightlife destination, known for high-energy events, live performances, and unforgettable experiences. We’re looking for enthusiastic and professional Bartenders/Servers to join our team and help create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards.
- Take drink orders, deliver promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service protocols.
- Assist in setting up, stocking, and closing down the bar/service area.
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth nightly operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 19 years of age (legal requirement to serve alcohol in BC).




- Serving It Right certification (mandatory).
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
- Robust communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
