logical approaches to problem solvingEnsure Husky's productivity and quality standards are metRoot cause analysis and problem solve quality issuesField support to customersInspect and test mold components to determine feasibilityConducts root cause analysis and evaluation and provide field supportImplement continuous improvement initiatives in parts and proceduresImplements continuous improvement programsUnderstands trends, debugging measurements errors, and working with automation specialists/ME's to enable the closed-loop mechanismDevelops and enhances solutions to enable adoption of changes to the organizationLead cross-training and knowledge sharing activities with other team membersCross-train in other areas within the business, and train other team membersBuilds training plans, and delivers training to teams and other areas within the business, as requiredDevelops safety standards and mentors others in ensuring guidelines are metEducation / Experience / QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentCollege Diploma or certificate in Mold Making or Tool and Die Making preferredMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing (demonstrated ability in Mold Refurbishment/and new Mold Making)Previous assembly and refurbishing experience (Mold making experience preferred).Knowledge of assembly tools and relevant equipment (e.G., performing single disciplines in hydraulics mechanics or electrical assemblies,
