We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an IT Project Manager for our Diagnostics client.ABOUT THE PROJECTOur client is a global Diagnostics organization operating within a complex, multi‑operating company structure. They are undertaking a strategic initiative to centralize identity management across four operating companies within their Diagnostics platform. This initiative will improve governance, standardization, and security alignment across the enterprise. The environment is decentralized and fast‑paced, with limited formal PMO structure. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in a process‑light setting and driving execution with minimal support.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an identity centralization initiative spanning four operating companies and an outsourced partner. You will be responsible for establishing structure, aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring successful execution across business and IT teams.Leading planning and execution of the identity centralization program across multiple operating companiesManaging coordination and accountability across internal stakeholders and an outsourced delivery partnerDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesOperating effectively without formal PMO or project coordination supportPerforming business analysis activities as required, including requirements gathering and documentationOverseeing testing coordination, user acceptance activities, and issue resolutionProviding executive‑level reporting and proactive risk mitigationDriving stakeholder alignment in a decentralized enterprise environmentREQUIREMENTSMUST‑HAVEMinimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise IT projectsDemonstrated experience managing initiatives across multiple business units or operating companiesExperience working with outsourced or third‑party delivery partnersStrong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and enterprise identity programsAbility to operate successfully in process‑light or decentralized environmentsHands‑on capability to support business analysis and testing functions when requiredStrong communication skills with executive and cross‑functional stakeholdersNICE‑TO‑HAVEExperience within Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry environmentsExperience leading identity centralization, IAM transformation, or access governance initiativesABOUT THE ROLELocation: Canada, remote (Eastern Time Zone hours required)Duration: 12‑month contractWork hours: Full‑time contract engagementPAY DISCLOSUREThe average hourly pay range for this field is as follows (CAD):Senior Level: 8+ years of experience — $115–130/hrCompensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.AI DISCLOSUREWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
