Reporting to the CFO, you'll have broad exposure across financial reporting, accounting operations, FP&A, tax, audit, systems, and process improvement.In this role, you'll:Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processesOversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial informationPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze performance and develop meaningful KPIsSupport external audits and coordinate with tax advisors on Canadian and U.S. requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls,



and financial systemsHelp optimize and scale the organization's ERP and finance infrastructurePrepare financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholdersWe're looking for someone who:Holds a CPA designation and has 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experienceHas strong knowledge of ASPE and Canadian accounting requirementsBrings excellent analytical, communication, and problem‐solving skillsIs comfortable operating independently in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environmentEnjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to workCan confidently communicate financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholdersHas experience in healthcare, technology, or another high‐growth setting — an assetHas Big Four experience or ERP implementation experience — an assetThis is an opportunity to go beyond financial reporting and help shape the finance function of a growing organization.
