Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Service Desk Analyst for a major enterprise client in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You will deploy Windows 10/11 laptops, configure Autopilot, manage data migration, and provide onsite and remote end-user support with solid lifecycle and security focus.
You will maintain asset inventories in ServiceNow and support Intune/SCCM managed devices.
Experience with Windows imaging, device provisioning, and laptop refresh cycles is required, as is excellent
