Role Description Bookkeeper

Location: Brampton, Ontario

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting across our manufacturing, construction and related companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and perform bank reconciliations.




- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, approved payments and cheques.
- Prepare biweekly shop worker payments and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly project billing packages and maintain project tracking records.
- Record intercompany transactions and journal entries.
- Support cash flow reporting, monthly HST and quarterly WSIB reporting.
- Assist with year-end reconciliations and audit preparation.

Qualifications

- Previous bookkeeping experience; construction or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple companies and meet deadlines.
