Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Conduct account analysis to ensure proper categorization and reporting of expenses and income
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain data integrity and support audit readiness
- Support budgeting activities by providing relevant financial data and insights





Skills

- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting practices, and financial documentation
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
- Basic understanding of budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
