Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a Full Service, Parts and Sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction equipment, with 6 locations in New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton, Woodstock, Miramichi & Bathurst) and two in Nova Scotia, New Glasgow and Dartmouth.The RoleEvaluate and recommend parts required based on customer informationAnswer and make sales calls as needed.Receive and ship incoming/outgoing freightLook up and locate parts in inventory or order parts from suppliers as per policies.Generate quotes and complete orders as per customer requests.Negotiate key sales issues and handle objections as required.Assist customers post-sale with warrantyExplain warranty coverage to customers (as applicable).Assist with inter-branch transfers.Assist other staff in the department as needed.Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by managementMaintain a professional appearance and a protected, clean work workplace.Qualifications And SkillsPrevious experience in the Medium / Heavy Duty truck, automotive industry.High degree of product and technical knowledge.A team player with a solid sense of commitment to the customer.Physical ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.Self-starter and motivated to sell.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.Available to work alternating Saturday morningsSuperior problem-solving skills to achieve win-win solutions.What We OfferCompetitive Market PayExtended Health, Dental, & VisionLife Insurance & Long-Term DisabilityRRSP Employer MatchPaid Time offBoot allowanceWellness ReimbursementPaid trainingWe are an equal chance employer.
