If you're a skilled tradesperson with experience in fire alarm systems and commercial electrical work, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Journeyman Electrician at Four Alarm, your role will include:Installing, modifying, inspecting, and verifying fire alarm and intercom systemsRunning conduit systems, pulling wire, and terminating electrical connectionsReading and interpreting engineered drawings, schematics,



and specificationsPerforming electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting (training provided as needed)Completing and submitting electronic documentation and reportsProviding operational training to clients and end-usersEnsuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every jobComplying with safety regulations, codes, and best practicesQualifications and RequirementsAlberta Journeyman Electrician Certification (AAIT) or equivalent (Red Seal preferred)Minimum 1 year of journeyman-level experience (flexible based on capability)Proficient with electrical meters, hand tools, and conduit bendingComfortable working independently or collaboratively on job sitesStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPhysically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders, and maneuvering toolsValid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience with fire alarm systems and related life safety equipment is an assetFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic digital platformsCompensation and BenefitsHourly Wage: $40.00 - $47.00 (commensurate with experience)Medical Benefits: Alberta Blue Cross health and dental coverageVacation: Two (2) weeks paid or 10% vacation pay bi-weeklyOther Perks:Paid sick daysFlexible scheduling optionsEducation and training reimbursementA supportive and safety-driven work workplace
