Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise masonry work.
- Mix mortar and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed.
- Lay bricks, blocks, stones, and other masonry units with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques for waterproofing and finishing touches on structures.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for material transportation and site preparation.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements





- Proven construction experience with a focus on masonry or bricklaying.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels.
- Experience operating power tools like mixers, saws, drills, and grinders.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of renovation and restoration techniques for historic or damaged structures.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
