TMG The Mortgage Group is looking for an individual to join their Broker Experience team to support the continued growth of our business and provide an exceptional experience to our brokers, agents and brokerage partners.

We’re counting on this individual to build strong relationships, support our existing team and help identify great people that would fit well within our culture.

The successful candidate will

Work collaboratively with TMG’s Award Winning Broker Experience Team to support the growth, engagement and effectivness of TMG brokers and agents

Be a self-starter that brings fresh ideas, takes initiative and is confident enough to ask for help when needed

Attend Mortgage Industry and TMG events to promote the TMG culture and build strong relationships across the broker community

Have strong relationship building and interpersonal skills and be comfortable connecting with brokers, agents, teams and prospects

Coach, train and support agents and owners to be the best version of themselves, within the scope permitted by applicable licencing requirements (not sure I would put the licensing requirement part)

In partnership with our events team, support the delivery of best in class events that deliver value for our brokers, brokerages and partners.

Support and deliver training initiatives that help TMG agents and brokerages adopt TMG systems, technology, programs and business-building resources to support their collective success

Identify and engage with Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Agents and Mortgage Brokerages that fit within TMG’s culture and high standards

Work collaboratively with AVPs and Broker Experience to help ensure brokers have access to lenders, resources and support they need





Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and distribute marketing resources and online assets, including social media and digital tools, to support broker success.

Maintain TMG’s focus on adhering to compliance requirements and the expectations of applicable regulatory bodies and stakeholders

Support TMG’s focus on compliance through training, engagement and appropriate oversight, while escalating supervision matters to the Principal Broker, AVP or other appropriate person

You’re motivated to help TMG continue growing as Canada’s leading independent mortgage brokerage

You’re wanting to work alongside outstanding mortgage professionals and a supportive, driven leadership team while developing toward greater leadership responsibility

You are a friendly and warm collaborator, ready to support brokers, agents and multiple internal stakeholders

You’re ready, willing, and able to represent and promote TMG and deliver an exeptional Broker Experience

You bring positive energy to challenges, take initiative, follow through on commitments and celebrate the success of others

You have experience with Loan Origination Platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, social media, and similar tools and are comfortable learning current technology

You love connecting both virtually and in person with people to help them before more successful and effective.

Salary - $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience
