The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of complex software solutions. Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of Business Analyst experience .

Experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.

Experience in facilitating business process development and process re-engineering workshops.

Experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries/departments.

Experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements within an enterprise IT setting.

Experience working with correctional facility systems , including related business processes and requirements gathering.
