Duties

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project objectives.
- Track and report on business development activities, providing insights into performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences,



and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
