Job Summary

Duties

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.




- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress, forecast growth, and analyze performance metrics.
- Oversee project management activities related to new client onboarding, service delivery, and account expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to support outreach efforts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management platforms.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and innovation.
