As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support store operations, lead the team on the floor, and help drive performance safety, service, and results. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly, while building a strong, motivated team. In this role, you'll have the support and trust to lead, while continuing to grow your career.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily store operations, ensuring safety, service quality, and efficiencyLead and coach team members, including training, scheduling, and performance supportSet expectations on the floor and reinforce safe, consistent work practicesAssist with hiring, onboarding, and developing team membersManage inventory, cash handling, and basic financial reportingSupport execution of store plans, targets, and operational prioritiesStep in at the front counter as needed to support customer serviceHandle issues on the go, using sound judgment and a practical approachRequirements2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or service environment preferred)Solid leadership skills with the ability to coach, support,
