Field SupervisorDepartment: Operations / Field ServicesReports to: Senior Project ManagerThe Field Supervisor oversees in office installation work from start to finish, making sure projects are completed on schedule, to specification, and in line with safety requirements. This role is the link between the project team and the installation crew, providing clear direction, resolving site issues, and keeping stakeholders informed.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and evaluate projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and safety requirementsConduct site visits to review progress, inspect installations, and ensure compliance with approved drawingsCoordinate and supervise installers, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issuesCommunicate project changes and provide clear instructions to the installation teamReview architectural and shop drawings, anticipate potential complications, and provide feedback to the project teamTrack site progress, report to the Senior Project Manager, and ensure installations meet schedule and quality standardsPerform site reviews and measurements to confirm installations align with project specificationsResolve on-site issues while maintaining clear communication with all parties involvedCoordinate deliveries and equipment, ensuring materials and tools are available as neededMaintain documentation of site progress, including photos and deficiency reportsAttend coordination meetings and ensure site preparation aligns with the project scheduleRepresent the company's core values in interactions with clients, coworkers, and contractorsPerform other reasonable, lawful duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in field management is an assetStrong background in the window wall or railing industryValid full G driver's licenseAbility to travel to job sites using a company vehicleWillingness to travel to job sites west of the GTA,
