They play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, schedule creation, resource allocation, and risk assessments.Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Project Financial Performance: Manage a project's financial performance by way of forecasting, cost control, change order, billing and project reporting.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Construction and engineering principles, National Plumbing Code and industry standards.Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.Safety Compliance:

Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald's total rewards package.
