You operate comfortably at the intersection of business and technology, with the ability to structure ambiguity and translate it into clear, actionable outcomes. You bring:

- Proven experience eliciting and documenting business and system requirements in financial services environments
- Strong understanding of system workflows, data flows, and integrations across trading, portfolio, risk, or reporting platforms
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical business and technology solutions
- Experience supporting delivery across the lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and implementation
- Confidence engaging stakeholders across business, technology, and executive levels

Domain Experience We value experience across one or more of the following:

- Capital Markets: Trade lifecycle, front-to-back processes, OMS/EMS, and market data
- Wealth & Asset Management: Portfolio management, client reporting, advisory platforms, and onboarding

Your Background

- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst within financial services
- Exposure to complex system implementations, integrations, or transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)

Additional Experience (Valued)

- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CFA, FRM)
- Experience with data governance, cloud platforms, or emerging technologies such as AI and automation
