Duties

- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a steady flow of seating and service.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper sanitation procedures.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean and organized.
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.




- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold high standards of food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Robust cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality service.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations or hotel experience is advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
