Duties

- Install, repair, and service custom cabinets, ensuring accurate fit and finish according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute accurate installations
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry
- Perform drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, and minor masonry or rebar work as needed during installation projects
- Conduct site assessments to determine proper placement of cabinets, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Assist with other construction tasks such as flooring installation, tile laying, siding, or roofing when required
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials,

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction with a focus on cabinetry or fixture installation
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and construction estimating software
- Familiarity with drywall installation, painting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing basics, plumbing or electrical experience is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle rebar installation or concrete forming tasks when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting cabinetry accurately
- Valid construction experience with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
