JOB TITLE: Cabling Technician

Experience: up-to1 year.

We help in Permanent Residency and fulfils all requirements of NOC A-O-B

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities but are not limited to

· Inspect & test telecommunication transmission characteristics & locate faults;

· Installation, termination and testing of single mode and multi-mode fibre (Mechanical termination & fusion splicing);

· Installation and testing of network and voice cabling (Cat 5e, Cat 6);

· Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation & completion of work assignments;

· Install, remove, maintain & repair aerial & underground telephone & other tele-communication transmission lines;

· Operate computerized testing systems (Fluke DTX1800, OTDR) on lines and equipment, determine the nature, cause and location of failures;

· Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software.

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE.
