Underground Foreman - Civil ConstructionLocation: Alberta (Central / Northern Projects)Company: Blackline Civil Inc.Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Underground Foreman to lead field crews in the installation of underground utilities, including water, sanitary, and storm systems. The ideal candidate is a solid leader who understands underground construction inside and out and can drive productivity while maintaining high-quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for directing daily site activities, coordinating crews and equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise underground utility crews in day-to-day operationsCoordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production targetsInstall water, sanitary, and storm systems to line and gradeRead and interpret drawings, grades, and specificationsWork closely with Superintendents and Project Managers on scheduling and executionEnsure proper trenching, shoring, and safe excavation practicesOversee bedding, pipe installation, backfill, and compaction activitiesMonitor productivity and adjust crew activities to maintain efficiencyComplete daily reports, track quantities,
