Rubicon Organics is seeking a Harvesting Supervisor to lead daily greenhouse harvesting and related crop handling activities at our Pacifica facility in Delta, BC. You will supervise workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met on the production floor.
The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage harvest schedules, training, and performance feedback. English proficiency is required, and Spanish is a plus.
