We are currently recruiting for support workers to join our team, this is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible working hours and are available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised care and support to individuals living in the house, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.

Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in meaningful activities.

Foster a positive and supportive environment by building report and engaging in open communication.

Monitor and document any changes in individuals' conditions or behaviors.





Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for the residents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable but not essential.

Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You must have driving license and able to drive mini bus.

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
